WIN Adds POPs in Green Bay and Appleton

Eau Claire, WI - Wisconsin Independent Network™, LLC, (WIN™) announced today the activation of two additional POPs in Wisconsin. WIN extended its OC-48 SONET network into Green Bay, WI and Appleton, WI. This development is part of a planned approach to gradually grow the WIN network into the major cities of Wisconsin. The new Green Bay and Appleton POPs have DS1, DS3, OC-3, and OC-12 service capabilities.
