WIN Adds Rural POPs in Oxford and Manawa

Eau Claire, WI - Wisconsin Independent Network™, LLC, (WIN™) announced today the addition of two network POPs in rural Wisconsin. A new OC-12 SONET POP was established in Oxford, WI in November of 2003. An additional OC-12 SONET network POP was turned up in January of 2004 at Manawa, WI. Since its initial network of ten POPs in 1999, the WIN network has expanded to thrity-two POPs, with additional expansion planned for 2004.
