We have been through some challenging times in the telecommunications industry. Wisconsin Independent Network is proud to announce that while other companies scaled back, we continued to grow our network and our business!

2004 through 2006 have witnessed significant growth of our network. See WIN News for additional details.

Most recently, in early 2007 we took over a 17,000 square foot location in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, that was occupied previously by IBM. WIN is very excited to be opening up a secure data center at this location, vacant these past five years. WIN's OC-192 fiber network has diverse entrances into the building - thereby facilitating connectivity into the data center from IP drains in Chicago and Minneapolis, and the many locations that WIN's network touches through Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois.

The data center will be fully operational in October of 2007 and features a high level of security and redundancy in operations.
